EA Account suddenly disabled - Appeal on false positive Anti-Cheat

Hey, 

it seems like i'm not the only one suddenly getting disconnected while playing (6 hours on Steam played so far), than trying to reconnect and receiving this message: 

I did not use any third-party software, cheats or any software along those lines (BF6 Open Beta + BF6). Only software i had open while playing was Discord and Mozilla Firefox.

My "Penalty History" is empty. I tried to submit an appeal via the "webform" on the Penalty History Page, but it did not work. 

By clicking on "My Cases", there is a case under "Closed cases". But the "Issues" Tab is empty and gives no information and the case was closed on August 18th on 5:07am? In the "Category" Tab it only says "Cheating". 

Does anyone know how to contact the support or appeal this? 

Would kindly appreciate getting help by an EA Forum Mod.

    I have even different issue, also 0 penalties on the website. The funniest thing is, i bought the game on ea app platform and there is no such issue (same EA Account)

    The same to me.  5 hours of playing and got banned for no reason. No cheating, no third-party tool.  EA anti-cheating system just sucks, banning the normal players instead of those who cheat in game

    I also bought it on steam BTW and it links to my EA account. The ban never shows up in my history penalty.

    Happened to me today(steam), went afk and when i came back i "lost internet connection", says my account is temp blocked for 3 days

    I hope your account gets banned forever. A server crasher that harms the BF community should be banned forever.
