EA doesnt care a lick about the playerbase

As said in the title, EA only cares about money and thats it, all progress, stats, level, and unlocks are gone. After reaching out to "EA customer support" ive been informed its not thuer problem and they wont do anything about it. What a way to kill your playerbase and lose longtime supporters of the franchise. This is the last purchase i ever make from EA
