EA Javelin causes input registration keyboard issues?

Since Javelin latest update, my keyboard behave erratically, like slower and unresponsive.  Prior update, I can do button "mash",  Reload R button while crouch sprinting W + Shift + Ctrl, and then quick ADS Right mouse click while holding Crouch Ctrl button just fine. But now it seem EA added some delay after each button pressed, it became more apparent if doing Strafe Right to Left while holding one of button, A or D, while ADSing.

While I believe my Logitech software Option Plus and G HUB are whitelisted and myself not doing any macros, Is this normal? Hit registration going worse from my opinion, now player with High Ping can ghost kill. Suck.
