EA Support Exists????
So I am struggling to get a live chat going with an EA support person. When I fill out a ticket about the issue is says “try our self service options or speak to an EA support representative”. Problem is the chat is no where to be found. It’s mind boggling. Also when I log into my 7 year olds EA account it says “send code to preferred method to identify I’m the adult” when I click on it the last 4 days it just says “oops that didn’t go well”. What is this hot mess? I just want my son’s BF6 to work again so we can play together. It was perfect until the red sec update just messed up his account. It has been 4 days straight of an error code every time my son tries to log into BF6. NAT type is open and all other games work. This is not us. He plays on the Series S and I’m on the Series X. Been playing perfectly good since launch until the recent update.
