Error code: 1:8600 1S:8900 1S:9C:- 1356 1655840

Hi, 

I have an Xbox S, and bought the game on 28th October. I have yet to be able to play on the xbox, as it keeps coming up with this error code.

can anyone help? 

it loads an error message, and thats it. It won’t let me progress to sign into EA, it keeps loading this error code.

I spoke to EA support last week, and they apologied. But gave no indication or support (ironic). I will try contact them again on Monday, but likelyhood looks to be asking for a refund.
