Dear EA,
Respond and resolve this issue please.
"An undefined error occurred". My son's account won't get past the title screen. My account will. We have tried on multiple consoles. Deleted cache. Deleted and reinstalled. His account is not age restricted. Everything else loads fine.
Update ASAP please.

Got an update from EA Chat. Here is what they said.
Thank you for your patience. After a thorough review with our team, it is confirmed that this is an ongoing issue affecting many players. Our game development team is aware of the situation and is actively working on a resolution. We are committed to resolving this promptly and ensuring it is addressed for all affected players. We appreciate your continued support and understanding during this time.
I completely understand your concern regarding the timeframe. While the team working on the fix hasn’t shared specific details yet, please know they are actively addressing the issue. Rest assured, as soon as the problem is resolved, the game team will provide an official update on their Twitter channel. We truly appreciate your patience and support!

I was finally able to get into a chat with EA, this is what they responded with:

I don't think this is monitored by EA. I think it is more of an outlet for the community to share found solutions to issues and take some of the strain off of the EA tech support.
