False Ban? kick midgame, then que and ban

So i was playing midgame on breakthrough mode when i suddenly got kicked and got put on a 2400 player que when i reconnected i got a perma ban, i didnt receive no email and i dont even have any penalty history on my account but im banned, worse of all i cant even make an appeal cause its throwing me in a loop, is there any fix on this? or anyone i can reach out on?.
