Game banned for No Reason.

I just started playing for about 1 hour, when i was just about to play with my friend and suddenly get  notified that my account has been disabled.
After trying to login notification say my account has been banned.
I played from Steam, manage to refund. Then tried from EA also same problem.

But Penalty History shows that i have no violations.
