clean-install the GPU driver with DDU did the trick for me

Thanks for the file, I have some troubleshooting steps for you: 

• clean-install the GPU driver with DDU
• disable XMP/EXPO and CPU/GPU tuning
• update BIOS and chipset drivers (only attempt this if you are confident in doing it correctly as it is slightly risky)
• check GPU power connections and PSU

You potentially have a hard drive/SSD/storage issue. Check the drive containing BF6 and Windows. Use the SSD manufacturer's diagnostic utility and check SMART/health information.

Try the following commands from an Admin. Command Prompt: 

chkdsk C: /scan

sfc /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
