Game crash without any error message

For about 3-4 weeks now, my game has been crashing without giving any error message, no matter what map I'm playing.

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. My drivers are all up to date. I've already enabled the executables in Windows Defender/Exploit. I've repaired the game countless times. Absolutely nothing works; it's impossible to finish a match.

Every time the game crashes, the error below appears in the Windows Events Log.

  • Similarly, while I was fighting just now, the game suddenly crashed. It didn't give any error and just shut down abruptly, as if I had ended the task.

I don't have any issues with temperatures, etc., and my FPS is good.

  • Ok so here is what the Battlefield 6 crash dump file says from the last crash:

    The message
'Frostbite MiniDump. Address: 14103a200 (In Windbg type: .ecxr)' is an output from a Windows Debugger (WinDbg) session, indicating a crash occurred within an application using the Frostbite game engine (e.g., a Battlefield or Star Wars Battlefront game).
    Meaning of the Message

Frostbite MiniDump: The application (likely a game) has generated a minidump file due to an unhandled exception, and this comment was embedded in the dump file.
Address: 14103a200: This is the memory address where the crash (exception) occurred.
(In Windbg type: .ecxr): This is an instruction for the person analyzing the dump file. The .ecxr command (Display Exception Context Record) changes the debugger's context to the state of the thread at the moment of the exception, allowing the analyst to view the specific CPU registers and memory stack that caused the crash.

    Common Causes and Solutions
The message itself doesn't specify the exact cause of the crash, but similar errors (often "Access Violations") in games running the Frostbite engine are frequently linked to specific software or driver issues.
Common solutions for users experiencing this error include:

Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers (especially Nvidia's nvd3dum.dll file, which has been implicated in the past) are a primary cause of such crashes.
Update Other Drivers/BIOS: Ensure your motherboard's chipset drivers and BIOS are up to date.
Verify Game Files: Use the game client's (EA app, Steam, etc.) feature to repair or verify the integrity of the game installation files.
Reinstall Game: A fresh installation can resolve issues with corrupted game files.
Install Visual C++ Redistributables: The game engine relies on Microsoft Visual C++ runtime libraries; ensuring the latest supported version is installed can fix missing dependencies.
Disable DirectX 12 (if applicable): Some users have found stability by switching to DirectX 11 in the game's settings.

  • LOL, So I tried again and got into Eastwood Conquest and it crashed in less than 1 minute.

  • So I waited an hour or more and tried again. Mirak Valley crashed liked usual with no error message within 5 minutes of game play. Too bad EA pretty much shut down BF4 and BF2042 or we could at least play that while we are waiting for the fix.

  • So I start another match (Firestorm) and 5-7 minutes in CRASH to EA app screen, no error message. This sucks!

  • Same on PC. Been fighting these crashes for over 2 months now. I get all different crashes some with no error message and some with the DXGI error, some that windows says the game closed because of a problem, etc etc. I just started to play a game 10 minutes ago Sobek map and it crashed after 5 minutes with no error and left me back at the EA App screen. I don't know why they can't fix it. At least put some error handlers in the code to generate better crash error messages. So sick of it. Yesterday it crashed the first 3 tries and then had a couple of games that went till the end so I actually got my points. Some days are better than others and yes, I have tried about 100 different tips and tricks and even changed out my SSD just in case it was that. New PC with plenty of ram (64GB) and Intel 13700K (running at stock speeds), and a WD SN8100 4TB NVME SSD. so my system is plenty powerful.
