Not sure if you are having issues but It seems like I fixed it. First I updated my bios. Then after that I lowered my CPU voltage
Go to edit power plan then after you are there select changed advanced power settings. From there you are going to select process power management and then go to maximum processor state. Then change from 100% power to 90%.
None of these helped my situation, still cpu load 100% and cpu overheating beyond 100c.
