Game freezing on startup loading screen

When launching the game, as the initial loading screen begins, and the loading "wheel" (box/square?) to indicate loading begins, the game will freeze almost immediately. There is no crash to desktop or error messages, the game simply freezes and I have to close the game through the Steam launcher, or closing the program through Windows.

Sometimes (not often at all), the game will load correctly, and I am able to search for a match. Loading into the match poses no issues, I choose my class and loadout, and play through my first life flawlessly. However, upon dying and loading the spawn screen, the game will then freeze completely after a maybe 1/2 second delay of spawn screen appearing.

I am able to temporarily fix the issue SOMETIMES by:
1. Restarting my computer (Fixes the issue most of the time, sometimes it only lets me get to the spawn screen as above, then a restart again will fix it)
2. Setting shader cache to 0GB in Nvidia app, restarting computer, setting shader cache to default in Nvidia app, restarting computer again (This might just be because the computer is restarting)
3. Uninstalling and reinstalling Javelin anti-cheat with no PC restart has worked previously, but not recently.

This freezing issue has been happening for at least the last month. I have verified game files through Steam (which always detects a missing file and redownloads, but doesn't fix the issue), deleted config .ini files in "Documents" and "appdata", uninstalled the game and reinstalled, uninstalled EA app and reinstalled, and disabled game overlays such as RTSS, Discord, and Steam. but this does not help.

The issue started during Season 3, unsure if before or after midseason update. Still happening with Season 4 update. Please let me know if there are any logs or further info I can attach to help identify the issue. I've attached a short video of when the freeze occurs during startup.

Rolling back to Nvidia driver 596.36 didn't help either. Apart from reinstalling Windows (and why would I do that just for one program?), there's not much else I can do.

Will not be troubleshooting or updating here further unless asked by somebody official, or it's miraculously fixed in an update.

No reply from anybody in a week is not exactly the support I was expecting.

Updating BIOS and reducing RAM speed down to 5800MT/s from 6000MT/s has not helped.

I suspect it is a shader issue. The game was freezing in the same spot in the OP video, so without restarting the computer at all I:

    1. Closed Battlefield 6 in its frozen state by rightclicking the icon in the taskbar and selecting close window
    2. Manually deleted all shaders not in use by the system from "C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\NVIDIA"
    3. Immediately launched Battlefield 6 after deleting shaders

The game progressed past its usual freeze point and began to compile shaders, however the game hard crashed to desktop at about 45%, which I put down to deleting shaders without restarting computer.

I then restarted the computer, launched Battlefield 6, and it progressed to shader compilation, continuing at 45% and compiled the rest without issue. The game then did not freeze at the spawn screen. The next day however, the freezing issue begun again, and a computer restart fixed the issue again for about a day.

Freeze also happens upon changing resolution and being prompted with "keep this resolution?" dialogue.

    I've attached a dxdiag file.

EDIT: I know it's by design, but holy smokes does Javelin make it a nightmare to actually track what is going on in the background...

SORRY, DISABLING GAME OVERLAYS DOES NOT FIX THE ISSUE, THAT WAS MEANT FOR THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH OUTLINING STEPS THAT HAVE NOT HELPED.

    PC Specs:
    RTX 4080
    Ryzen 9800X3D
    32GB 6000MT/s DDR5 RAM
Windows 11, game running on M.2 SSD.
