Game is not loading

For some reason, the game is not running on my laptop. My spec and hardware seems to match the minimum requirements for the game; however, it is not letting me play Battlefield 6, as this issue has been ongoing for almost a week since the game came out. I have been trying to figure out a different solution for the game, even though I sent it to the technician at a computer store and he just can't figure out what is the issues, althought he tried everything and it is still not working, can you fix help me to check up what is exactly the problem is as I really want to play this game so bad.
