Game lagging, crashing and unable to play ps5

Hello ea team, 2 players here I Belgium- PlayStation 5. No issues with our internet connected. Unable to play battlefield 6, constant lagging, players on our team and enemy team, moving random across the map, characters floating in the air, tanks disappearing underground. Unable to play, been trying for 2 hours, tried everything online that we could try. Nothing has helped. Please look into this asap
