I've been waiting for the reply for more than 10 days now, and I'm fed up with EA's handling. They said they will contact me, finding the reason and they said it'll take 7days to figure out what's the reason. But here we are, no reasons, no replies and suddenly when I looked in to the website in 'My case' they just shut the case down for no heads up. I think they don't care this issue seriously. Also, the other players who are playing the game doesn't care that much too, all they say is quit cheating. Anyways this problem makes me sick..
