same boat, 'gameplay enhancement' ban, not cheating, I had like a 1.6 k/d after a day or so of playing lol. First ticket got marked as 'decline' almost immediately and then closed after 10 days without a real response, second ticket got marked as a duplicate and also closed, currently trying a third

the 'gameplay enhancement' ban also disappeared from my penalty history after the first ticket finally got closed, but I'm still banned, no idea what's going on there
