Games crashes with black screen

I've had this exact kind of crash during beta which prompted me to do a fresh install of Win11. It was constant to a point where I couldn't tell when it would happen. Happened at the main menu, happened in Shooting Range, even happened while the game was launching!
Just last night, about an hour after you posted I encountered the black screen crash again. Played a round of gauntlet, went into the shooting range, faffed about with the gun customization and bam! Black screen crash (the whole unresponsive PC, fans going full blast, having to reset at the PSU).
Once back into Windows, repaired game files in Steam, left it for a few hours. Just got off four gauntlet matches, doing the same routine (into shooting range, gun customization) and couldn't replicate the crash. My only guess is after observing other forum posts both here and on Steam is that it (the black screen crashes) has something to do with Javelin anti-cheat.
My specs:
5900X
32GB DDR4 3600MT/s (XMP/DOCP applied)
RTX 3070
1000W Leadex III Gold PSU
I'm afraid I don't have any recommendations for you as most of what I've seen (and surely you have seen too) in terms of "fixes" being recommended up the wazoo are more towards workarounds than actual fixes which have yet to come from the devs themselves.
Has it happened again since?

Unfortunateley it Happens every time when I start the game. I can‘t play since one week.
