This is utterly ridiculous. When you contact customer service, they merely instruct you to fill out a form, claiming that once completed, you'll find an option to “email us”. Yet the form is complete nonsense – after submitting it, there's no such email option at all, just a bunch of self-help articles. My patience is wearing thin. How on earth has this bloody company managed to survive this long? Their customer service is nothing but a slapdash affair.
