Getting Unknown Error, Unable to Play

Since yesterday I now get an error right after the start screen. (Image included, error code 0:51009S:11468332130:1073807360Q) It happens on both PC (Steam) and Xbox, but my priority is to fix it on PC. Searching the internet, I've tried some things and I've also tried the EA troubleshooting. With it not working on either platform, I'm guessing its either something to do with my account or connection, but I've tried different troubleshooting with regarding both to no avail. Looking for a solution. To make things easier I'll try to layout the things I've done so far:

-Unlinked and relinked my steam account

-Changed my EA account name to match my steam

-Changed my DNS

-Reset my modem and router

-Adjusted firewall

-Uninstalled/reinstalled

-Rebooted PC multiple times when changes were made
