Got a Permanent Ban after getting a new PC from marketplace

At first i bought battlefield 6 phantom edition on steam linked ea id was eknoor1493 it was good than i got a new pc build and after installing the game and playing for few hours got a ban. Appealed haven’t heard for 2 weeks. Checked online people were saying you have to create new account. Than i got one year EA play pro ea id warlock1493 played for few hours got a ban used nothing no cheats or hacks. That appeal got denied. Than again i bought phantom edition on steam yesterday linked to this id played for 4 hours only and today when i login i see ban. Since i got this new pc why i keep on getting banned. I am only using nvidia or steam overlay with the game and bitdefender anti virus. They only thing that changed when i was having no issues is i got a new pc from marketplace. You can check stats i am not even that good player. 

i am fairly new to pc gaming the only solution i found online was to create a new account and buy the game again but it keeps on happening. Why would i buy the game if i want to cheat when you can do that on one month ea membership without losing ton of money. Now i wasted over $400 on this game
