GPU is throttling

I play on a Ryzen 7 6800h and 6700m 10gb laptop. I play for about 15 minutes with 150 frames, then the GPU drops the frequency exactly by half and becomes 60 frames, and there is no overheating. If I re-enter the game, it is still the same 60 frames, but if I reinstall the driver, it again becomes 150 frames and after 15 minutes the frequency drops again.Everything works fine in other heavy games and stress tests, the only problem is in Battlefield 6.
