Guns and xp being withheld from players

I still have not unlocked these two guns after completing the missions several days ago. This is also a 2xp weekend RIGHT? I’m still earning the exact same xp I was. When did this event start? Has one started??? I don’t know it doesn’t feel like it. Xp does not say double or have a new bar that I’m earning that MIGHT in some way be double xp… you would think I would notice 2x xp right? Why am I still earning the same amount I was last week?
