FreshPotOCoffee I'll help you figure out what's happening.
Please post a screenshot with the Network Performance Graph and FPS Overlay on screen.

Also download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summery.

Doesn't exist server in Santiago, Chile, it should be some name code from the server. Just Brazil has EA servers in South America. Its located in Sao Paulo.

FreshPotOCoffee Client Frame Time (CFT) is 20ms which calculates to 50fps.
1,000ms ÷ 20ms = 50fps
If the framerate drops below 60fps there's going to be network lag.
The blue line represents time nudge (TN) in the LAT and ALAT graph. When the framerate drops below 60fps, time nudge (TN) spikes and causes network lag. A framerate over 60fps is needed to prevent time nudge (TN) spiking.
CPU performance is probably causing the framerate to drop below 60fps. I can't tell for sure since FPS performance overlay isn't in the screenshot.

If the CPU is causing FPS drops below 60fps it's probably due to one of these.
- EXPO/XMP 3200MHz memory overclocking isn't enabled in motherboard BIOS.
- CPU is overheating and thermal throttling.

If it was related to my CPU, wouldn’t it be more consistent across servers? Seems weird that one map would be unplayable on official servers and fine on community servers. Both with max lobbies.

FreshPotOCoffee Official servers have a 60Hz network tick rate and use more CPU power than Community servers with a 30Hz tick rate.
I wrote a post explaining what time nudge (TN) is and why Official servers require a minimum framerate of 60fps, compared to Community servers which only required a framerate of 30fps.

So the Santiago thing in the bottom right means nothing?

it feels like it’s the same issue as the above link.

Quick question. So enabling xmp in bios wont mess with my pc at all? I've seen youtube vids saying dont do it. I'm trusting you here you seem to know what your talking about

Also I live on the east coast of usa and its saying I'm in Santiago servers swells. My DNS is proper I called my internet company everything is good on my end. I get the high latency server issue the half wheel in top left screen alot and when I get close to big fights and stuff going on. My CPU dips to yellow 50 or 40 from time to time in certain maps causing stutter. Then bounces back back to green. The packet loss icon pops up for a sec then dissapears.... would enabling xmp atop this? But like I said I'm also in that chillie server Santiago. I live on the east coast.

I have same issue I'm east coast USA but its putting me in Chile Santiago caswell and has been launch that 4000 plus miles from me no wonder there is lag and latency and high packetloss on official servers the only work around has been community servers. Its embarrassing they haven't fixed it thought this would be the patch to do it but I was wrong.
