High Latency and Lag Due to Forced Santiago Server

Hello,

I am having a region routing problem in Battlefield 6. Before the Battlefield REDSEC update, the game always matched me to European servers (Spain, France, etc) with 40-60 ms ping. After that update, the game started forcing my account to the Santiago, Chile data center. The tenancy displayed in the main menu is:

PROD_DEFAULT-SANTIAGO-COMMON

Because of this, I now have 200-300 ms ping, constant latency spikes, and delayed hit registration in every match.

My IP geolocation is correct for Algeria and has normal routing to European servers. I was playing without issues before the REDSEC update. I have already tried clearing EA App cache, deleting and recreating Battlefield 6 configuration, flushing DNS and Winsock, changing DNS servers, verifying files, testing both automatic and manual IP setup, and using VPN endpoints located in France, Spain, and Germany. Even when using a European VPN, the game still forces the same tenancy value:

PROD_DEFAULT-SANTIAGO-COMMON

This shows the issue is not caused by my network or ISP. It appears to be an incorrect tenancy region assignment on EA’s backend.

I am requesting a tenancy region reset for my Battlefield 6 account so that matchmaking returns to European servers.

Date-time issue occurred?: Since Battlefield REDSEC update (still ongoing)

What type of issue do you have?: Forced incorrect data center, high latency, and desync

Summarize your bug: Summarize your bug: The game is forcing my account to the Santiago, Chile data center (PROD_DEFAULT-SANTIAGO-COMMON) instead of European servers, causing 200-300ms ping, lag, desync, and long loading screens. When I load into matches, I sometimes get stuck on the loading screen for about 1-2 minutes, and when the match finally starts I am placed into spectator instead of spawning.

In which mode and or map has this happened?: All modes and all maps
ISP name: Algeria Telecom
Your Current Region: Algeria (North Africa)

Thank you.
