Hit detection even worst after season 3

As title say hit detection now is despicable.  snipers don't even kill with one shoot no more!  Every sniper is 2 shoots just as marksman rifle. With marksman rifle u can just spray 2 bullets and will get job done.

Also hit detection overall is atrocious.  Siting on fiber connection 2.5gbps fastest in Denmark.  Ping not being issue 99.9% of the time. and still hits not register. 

i have this weird feeling like game/algorithm learn how u play with certain gun and then manipulate matches. because when i take a gun that i dont play normally it just melts, and then that gun stop working also.  Even if that gun is lower rated then previous one. 

I only have experienced this in call of duty BO6 which i abandon after 3 months of trying to fix issue like getting new router, new gpu, more ram , faster ssd. even bouth  OLED  beacuse it have  response time around 0.03 ms.  

so no is not my pc or my connection.  I even pay for DNS. how crazy is that.
