I bought the season 4 battle pass, now it's gone

I bought the season 4 BP when it first came out, but since the Top Gun update I no longer have it or access to any of the skins I previously unlocked.

I asked support, but they said there's no fix available. I have the points, but why should I have to buy something twice! I showed proof of purchase was at least hoping for a refund, but I was told to keep an eye on social platforms. 

I haven't seen anyone else with this problem.
