No matter what I do I cant seem to get this game to run normally on normal servers. I've tried every "fix" under the sun and nothing works. Bar playing on community servers which magically has zero issues. This is making me whish I never brought this game but now I cant even get a refund for what is essentially a broken product.

dude same, every game i start to teleport through walls and my guns only shoot in bursts, it only affects battlefield and its so annoying

The low fps icon is visible in the top left corner of the screen, indicating the game's framerate is below 60fps.
A framerate below 60fps is what's causing network lag on Official servers, because Official server have a 60Hz network tick rate. Compared to Community servers which only have a network tick rate of 30Hz. You only need a framerate of 30fps on Community servers.
Let's try to fix the low framerate.
Post a picture with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen so we can tell if the low framerate is being caused by the CPU or the GPU.

Also download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summary so we can see if the system memory is in dual channel mode with EXPO/XMP overclocking enabled.
