i get a kernel41 issue every time i launch an EA
my device completely crashes when i start any ea game and it's not about my device capability because i'm able to start other games smoothly

Your being able to play other games doesn't mean much. Different games have different system requirements.
If you would like help, post a DXDIAG report.
I do know that my device match the requirements cuz the game was working smoothly since the release
