I Have been "Permanently Blocked" from accessing Battlefield 6

Hello people, Ive been happily grinding out battlefield 6 since launch enjoying every second of it , and this evening I go to hop on with my friend and I am greeted by this (On steam)

I Received no email, no reason (Also nothing appears in my Penalty History) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, before any of you comment "You shouldn't cheat then" I have literally never used any cheats or third party software in any multiplayer game in my entire life, would I honestly be writing a bloody forum post if I had been cheating.

BUT IT GETS WORSE, I have gone through the necessary channels to file a case for EA Support to look at , but when I finally finish describing my situation and submit my case I was met with this screen .

So, Not only have I spent £90 on a videogame (and took a week off work) that I LITERALLY CANNOT PLAY RIGHT NOW, but EA Support also doesn't want to let me submit a case. I have literally no idea why this could have happened, im sat here wondering if maybe I said something in game chat that was toxic or someone reported me for saying a curse word in chat but literally I have no idea why this is happening, and I know for a fact its happening to others too, I have tried to Tweet @EAhelp to see if perhaps an actual human being can see my situation but it appears not just yet.

If anyone is seeing this who can help please for the love of god save me , I yearn for the battlefield.

I'm having the same issue. EA really needs to care a bit more about this issue because it seems there is a widespread problem of false bans. Their support page is an absolute joke. I tried multiple times to submit tickets and even tried to find a live chat to speak to someone to no success. Tickets didn't even submit and so far they've denied my appeal.

Yeah I understand why people are apprehensive, its designed to ban cheaters and it is successfully doing so, but even EA have admitted that javelin has flaws and could ban people for innocent software, all I ever have open whilst gaming is steam, Medal for clips, and Logitech G hub for my mouse and keyboard , never used anything else, cronus is a console thing I think, I dont even have nvidia overlay or anything I use steam overlay.

You either cheated in-game with software enhancements or you exploited in-game bugs to gain an advantage. Enjoy your ban bud.

Hallo same thing happend to me i have literally played like 5 hour yesterday on PC and before i launched the game i done a signigture check just to make sure i have no suspecious .sys files and drivers that could trigger ban and there was nothing i have 4 apps on my entire PC i have appealed bans on my other two accounts that i have had since 2016 and 2018 explaining whats happening i even offered for them to gain access to my PC to go through it if they wanted as i have nothing to hide logged into my EA account this morning and there it was banned again with no explanation other that in game enhancement which is impossible they have not responded to my other ywo appeals and i am pretty sure they not going to respond to this one this is absolutely bull***t i have lots so much money on a game that i really enjoy and love playing. I dont understand whats going on but i think there anti cheat system is flawed.

Be aware that we cannot assist with account actions/bans etc here on the forum.

For appealing bans you will have to contact the EA ToS team:

If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Please note I think it is great that people say my account got "Randomly" or "for no Reason" banned. Bans are neither for no reason or random, their is always a reason. However mistakes do happen so use the appeal process.
