Menu Glitch,Sounds buzzing,crackling with PS5.

Glitch,Sounds buzzing,crackling with PS5. Can’t start another game,only if I quit and come back again. The Flash Hider floats at the front of the weapon.People spining around after they die.Please can you sorted out guys?
