I haven't received my battle pass.
Hello. I was one of the players who pre-ordered Battlefield 6 through the EA app. On October 10, 2025, the game's launch day, I was one of the players who experienced connection problems and missing content. I was unable to play the game at launch. EA publicly promised compensation for these affected players. This compensation included 12 hours of XP boosts and the Season 1 Battle Pass.
I received the 12 hours of XP boosts but never received the Season 1 battle pass. At the time, I contacted support but they told me to wait, that I would soon receive the battle pass. It never happened. I contacted support again today and they said that all players have already been compensated. I still haven't received it. They asked me to talk about this here on the forum so a team member can help me.
