I keep crashing mid game in MP and I have no clue what the issue is

I recently started having a problem with BF6 where I can play the campaign nons stop just fine but if I go to multi-player it will crash after like 1 or 2 games and I get no Error message or anything, it just freezes and crashes or just crashes without warning, I have lost so many 2xp tokens, challenge progress, and progression that I earn in match because of these crashes and its really just ticking me off to no end and I have no idea what to do anymore

My friend who is good with PCs helped me set up my pc and made sure it would run BF6 and even when it begun crashing he said it wasnt my hardware but even he is stumped and im just at a loss rn and dont know what to do, any suggestions help
