I'm still missing rewards from BF2042 Battlepass

Hi, I’m having a problem here. I’ll try to describe it briefly.

I completed the entire battle pass in BF2042 to earn rewards for BF6. I finished the whole battle pass, but when I launched BF6 for the first time, the rewards weren’t there. It’s been a few months since that first attempt, and I still don’t have those rewards.

I’ve contacted EA support several times over the past few months, but every time I was told the issue was being addressed—yet the rewards are still nowhere to be found.

I think this is where the problem lies. Until now, I’ve purchased all Battlefield titles directly through the EA app. However, I bought BF6 on Steam. So when I look at my library in the EA app, I don’t see BF6 there. I think that’s where the problem lies. Since I have BF2042 through EA, EA thinks I don’t even own BF6, and therefore won’t assign me those rewards because BF6 isn’t in my EA library.

So are you telling me that I had to play BF2042 for dozens of hours just to get rewards for BF6—a game I was looking forward to—and now I actually have nothing?

I hope I’ve explained this clearly, and I’d appreciate any advice on what to do next.
