In Game purchases with no access to the content

This is the second pack Ive purchased in game that didn't give me access to the contents of the pack (Toxin Patrol). I purchased the pack it was approved successfully, then removed from the in-game store as a normal purchase would. When I go to my inventory, I don't see the contents nowhere amongst my inventories. This happened to me before in season 2, I reached out to support they were more than helpful. This season I have had 3 reps basically tell me there wasn't anything they could do, and they will basically be taking my money.

  • Sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds especially frustrating since you were able to get help with a similar purchase issue previously.

    Could you provide a bit more detail about why the advisors said there was nothing they could do this time? For example, did they mention that the case needed to be escalated to the studio, or was there another reason given?

  • this sucks bro, i cant like EA is pretty garbage like all the time, im having troubles with latency rn... (thats why im even on this forum) But the only thing i can suggest you try is switching/making sure your on the correct faction the skin packs usually are assigned to either Nato or Pax Armata so just make sure thats on the correct one, im sure youve probably already tried this considering its happened to you before, but theres nothing wrong with a suggestion, hope this helps :)
