ingame chat not working/not being able to quit scoreboard/switching classes

my biggest issue right now is not being able to use the ingame chat. It is shown in the game recording, you cant see me clicking the keyobard but trust me in between switching chanels im trying to type things. Also, swithing chanels doesnt work by using tab, i have to use my mouse to to click different one. t used to be totally different, there was no mouse, everythinh with the chat was done by keyboard. 

Second video shows you a wierd bug which made it impossible for me to respawn after death in the crucial moment of the match. I wasnt able to quit the scoreboard.

One last suggestion, lately the option to switch class with Q/E when dead got deleted and i have no idea why. Now to switch class i have to use my mouse, which isnt nearly as convinient as using keyboard, please bring it back or help me repair my game if it wasnt deleted. 
I tried weryfing game files with steam multiple times which didnt help at all.

Please help, these things are really frustrating when playing the game
