ingame chat not working/not being able to quit scoreboard/switching classes

my biggest issue right now is not being able to use the ingame chat. It is shown in the game recording, you cant see me clicking the keyobard but trust me in between switching chanels im trying to ty...

i saw a fix on here by someone but cant remember who it was... try pushing enter on the loading screen before the match starts, its fixed the in game chat not working for me!
