CPU and SIM are dropping below 60fps. This is causing network lag. A framerate below 60fps will cause network lag on 60Hz tick rate servers.

High TN/slowmo/skating inconsistency issue on official servers | EA Forums - 12740587

You can limit the framerate to 30fps in BF6 graphics settings to reduce network lag, if you can't get CPU and SIM framerate over 60fps.
