Issue with previous linked Xbox account
Hi,
I’m having an issue with my Battlefield 6 stats on the tracker.gg (TRN) network. It seems to be caused by how my EA account was previously linked to two different Xbox profiles.
Background
Until recently, my EA account was linked to two Xbox profiles:
- FightLikeACr0w – my current and main Xbox account
- Teifi90 – an old Xbox account that is now used by a friend
Both of us purchased Battlefield 6 on our own Xbox accounts and were playing for a couple of days. During that time, both profiles appeared to be tracking stats correctly on tracker.gg.
However, when we both tried to play at the same time, we kept getting disconnected and noticed that both Xbox profiles were linked to the same EA account.
What I Have Done So Far
I’ve now unlinked the Teifi90 Xbox account from my EA account.
My EA account is now linked only to my own Xbox account, FightLikeACr0w.
Current Problem
Even after unlinking the accounts, both Xbox gamertags still show the same Battlefield 6 stats page on tracker.gg: https://tracker.gg/bf6/profile/3016030813/overview
If you search for either:
- FightLikeACr0w, or
- Teifi90,
you get redirected to the same shared profile page and identical stats.
It looks like both Xbox accounts were maybe originally registered under the same internal EA ID (since they were once linked to the same EA account). Even though they are now separated, the tracker profile is still tied to the old combined EA ID, causing both gamertags to resolve to one page.
Could you please check if this needs to be fixed on the EA side and correct this so that:
- FightLikeACr0w shows its own independent stats and can be claimed properly on tracker.gg, and
- Teifi90 is detached from my stats and displays its own correct data.
