Ive lost my progress on my ps5

Question

Hey, please help. Ive recently downloaded bf6 on steam to play it and thought it could be easy to link my accounts. I previously played on ps5.

I might have messed it up by having two emails. I tried to unlink from one and link to the other but it hasnt worked and now ive lost all my progress on the ps5.

Please help me to get the account back on the ps5. I'm fine to start again on pc but I would like the progress back on the ps5. Currently it says i cant unlick my psn account until the end of the year. I'm not sure where the progress is now and how to get in back on my ps5.

I assume if i was able to link my ps5 account back to where it was before i started this i would get my progress back on the ps5 but in the account connected accounts i have to wait until December to unlink, please help

I now think i know what i should done. Which was to link my steam account with the account my ps5 was using. Can you please take the unlink cool down off so i can fix this problem and go back to playing bf6 on my ps5

I'm dealing with the same issue. I lost the link between my Epic Games and EA accounts, and I haven't been able to reconnect them in any way.

One of the support agents granted me a one-time exception to remove the waiting period. However, they said they couldn't do anything further because of a conduct violation that was issued four months ago—something I wasn't even aware of.

Appealing the penalty is pointless because every appeal is met with nothing but automated responses, and it's virtually impossible to communicate with a real person.

This has been a frustrating way to learn how EA handles its customer support and appeal process. I only wish they were as effective at dealing with actual cheaters as they are at shutting down legitimate appeals.

I'd recommend getting in touch with EA Help about this. They have the ability to view and amend account details, which isn't something that's possible to do here. If you scroll to the bottom of the guide below and choose the "Contact Us" option, you should be able to open a case or have a live chat with them.
