keeps connecting to Aisa (chinese) servers

hi, 

An issue has started with my game today only were its only connecting to chinese servers and i live in UAE and it used to connect to servers from middle east i tried everything with no luck. 

has anyone experinced this ? any solution?

i play on  PC
