***Lack of Support - Still Can't play the game***

I have been unable to play since launch, and none of the official support steps have fixed the issue.

Here is what I have already done (please do NOT paste the same generic instructions again):

✔ Verified files (multiple times)
✔ Clean reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat / Javelin directly from game folder
✔ Enabled Secure Boot in BIOS (confirmed ON in System Information)
✔ Added Exploit Protection overrides to BOTH game.exe and Javelin launcher
✔ Clean GPU driver install + toggled HAGS + tested stock clocks
✔ Closed ALL overlays and monitoring tools (Discord, Steam overlay, RTSS, etc.)
✔ Cleared EA App cache, launched via EA App and via Steam
✔ Tried DX11 launch option, updated BIOS, repaired VC++ and DirectX runtimes
✔ Well above recommended hardware specs

I even refunded on EA App and **rebought on Steam following EA’s own guidance**. Still crashes **right after anti-cheat at the splash screen every single time.**

I have opened tickets, posted in multiple threads, and tagged community leaders. **Not a single person from the support/dev team has provided actual assistance beyond copy/paste scripts.**

At this point, I need this issue escalated to someone who can actually investigate the crash (developer, QA, or tech specialist).

📌 Please advise how I can get in contact with REAL technical support or provide logs/dumps to someone who will review them.

I paid for this game twice and still cannot play it. I just want to get it working. Thank you.

No, it's actually a legit build, my bad. But it's the problematic one for the reason mentioned. What i don't understand is that you guys didn't get any updates at all, not talking about the recent one but the previous ones, like if i remember correctly there was a huge windows update around a month ago.

  • Ok, Update. After another 8 hours of work, I was able to get it working. I had to do a complete fresh install of windows. This is insane to have to do to play a game, but it was the only way to work... so if you are still struggling, back up your computer and to a fresh install.

Still haven't heard from EA at all, it's kind of **bleep**ty on their part to ignore the players still not able to play. Thank you all for your help and guidance throughout this process, your kindness and hard work do not go un-noticed. Happy hunting!

So you have the latest Windows build now, i was pretty sure this was the issue, i still had the dxgi error issue which i could supress with enabling Debug Mode and today because of the new Win update i've tried without and i didn't get anymore crashes. So i think this new update is really good and everyone struggling needs to be sure to update their device. GG's

Same here. Been researching on this for over a week now and there is just no fix to this. I tried EVERYTHING. No Info from EA or Dice. Refund doesn't work on steam since the game ran longer because it crashes randomly. I am so pissed. Nothing I can do. Bought a 70€ techsupport issue. F this omg I am so pissed ahah

Im having the same Issue the best advice I can give you is to use a VPN I know its horrible dealing with high ping and stuff but at least the game should maybe work. I recommend Cloudflare WARP its the one that works for me and its free without much ping and the usual issues with vpns

You have a "Connection failed (Cant get into the game)" so don't go around on comments of a completely different nature recommending a vpn. We have DXGI issues, not ISP issues. So i'm going to tell you how to handle your fix permanently. First of all your issue has nothing to do with the Bf6 game but with your ISP (internet service provider), blame the right people. Here's what you can do. Since your issue get's solved using a vpn it confirms it’s your ISP’s routing. The steps to take are:

Contact your internet provider (ISP), Tell them you’re having trouble connecting to EA or Bf6 servers. They can adjust routing or escalate it to their network team. And if they are not willing or pretending they can't, that's just a f you in your face, then switch ISP entirely if the problem persists long term and they don't fix it and other ISPs in your area have better routing to EA servers, just change provider. Here's some advice, get a contract with the main ISP in your area, the cheaper ones ain't cheaper because they have a good heart, they are cheaper because you get what you pay for.

It was not that. I still have the same build. The issue based off a developer at Microsoft is it had something to do with permissions and the registry... I don't know. He said that the issue had something to do with EA Javlin. Even though I was running everything as admin, something in the registry was keeping it from launching as Admin, even though it was being overridden to do so. He opened a ticket with Microsoft but says he is 99.99% sure it is Javlin. This dude is a friend, so it wasn't the typical "It's not on our end" cover your own **bleep** comment.
