Last update broke my game

After trying all troubleshooting steps and waiting over 48 hour to make sure my stuff wouldn't randomly unlock. I went to support and made a ticket I'll show below.

On last update, it completed dead eye2 challenge i was working on, and never unlocked the PSR or crack shot player card. Also on last update, it completed BULLET STOREM challenge i was working on, and never unlocked the KTS100-MK8 either.

Upon further investigation, this has been brought to our team's attention and we're currently on the process of investigation.

Kindly load up a dedicated feature mode. When the map loads, the challenges and assignments will correct. You can then check and confirm that rewards have been unlocked while in that dedicated feature mode.

To witch they closed the case and didn't fix anything. Is this normal.
