Lost some skins from battlepass

I have completed most of the Battlepass content, but I am unable to access some of the skins that I should have unlocked. I have submitted numerous requests through EA Help, yet I have not received any email correspondence regarding this issue. It appears that my account may have been processed in some way, because every time I launch the game after submitting a request, all the already unlocked items on the Battlepass page are re-marked as new items. However, I still have not obtained the usage rights for the skins that I am entitled to.
