Low fps and Drops

Hello, After the season 3 update I have a big low fps drain  (at least 30-40% gone) and FPS drops.....The temperatures of all components are normal, the load too, I have tried reinstalling the game, removing the HD textures, the drivers are updated to the latest version and today I reinstalled Windows, but the problem remains... Please fix the problem. GPU 4080 super,13700kf and 32GB RAM
