Low system utilization and low FPS
No matter what I do I am getting terrible performance with only about 30%cpu and 20% GPU utilization, stuck at 24fps (according to the perfmon a red CPU bottleneck), no overheating, PC fans are barely bowing, nothing, the game just doesnt want to pull more power from my PC. No matter the settings, resolution, nothing seems to help. Any advice? Asus Zephyrus G14 2021 with RTX 3060 and 16gb ram. every other game runs fine.
