Matchmaking breaks every other match when on same network

Me and my fiance have paid £130 for 2 copies of the game, Im PC Steam she is Xbox series X, just for matchmaking to break every other game. Either it loads just one of us into a game or neither of u...

Hi everyone. We’d like to investigate the issues where a party doesn’t fully join the next match (e.g., “waiting for party leader,” one player stuck on the end-of-round screen, or only some members loading in). To help with our review, please include the info below when you reply.

  • Party size & roles: (# of players, who was party leader)

  • What exactly happened: (exact on-screen message: “waiting for party leader”, “joining game…”, etc.)

  • Timestamp with timezone: norway
  • Party size & roles: 3-4. Happens when I'm the party leader or others are party leaders.
  • Game modes and map : All of them.
  • What exactly happened: Says waiting for party leader when jumping into a match. It's almost russian rulette between me and my husband when we are going to join a match. Always just one of us can join.
