Matchmaking breaks every other match when on same network

Update: still very prevalent, now seems to be an issue even when you are soloing queueing this happened 3 times this morning. Why this still hasn't been addressed is beyond me. You are forced to requeue and then often join in the middle of a match, match ends, you get stuck here and start over again. Played approximately zero full matches today because of this issue.
