Same happens for me. Randomly will work after trying restoring licence, turining internet on/off, restarting ps5 etc. Prob nothing to do with it! Have discovered that i know when the game loads up if it will work as I am in a queue as servers are full. When i just go straight into main menus when start bf6 it just otherwise says "connecting to servers". I have also noticed that even though when joining a lobby it kicks me out and starts the black main screen again, if i go to recently met players it thinks i am in a lobby as has a list of players i have supposedly joined a match with....just that i havent....
