We’ve seen some reports of players being sent back to the main menu after finding a match. Thanks for flagging this. We know it’s frustrating and want to help get it sorted.
To help us look into this faster, please share the following details if you’re experiencing the issue:
- Platform (PC, PS5, Xbox, etc.)
- Gamertag / Username
- Timestamp (with timezone)
- Region
- Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Connection type (WiFi, cable)
- Game Mode /Map
- Steps to reproduce (if you’ve noticed any pattern)

Platform (PC, PS5, Xbox, etc.) - PS5
Gamertag / Username - Got35inG
Timestamp (with timezone) - 16:37 BST (most recently)
Region - England
Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Virgin Media
Connection type (WiFi, cable) - WiFi
Game Mode /Map - Any
Steps to reproduce (if you’ve noticed any pattern) - This occurs every single time I turn on my PS5. Could be for 20 minutes, could be for hours. Eventually it does let me play, then, could be after 1 game, could be after hours of playing, I'll be booted back to menu after a game and then cannot find a game again. In the beta I was able to fix this by switching between Offline and Online, but this can no longer be done inside the game now and changing my PS status usually has no effect. I have noticed that it will start working again in Offline status more often than Online (but this is after many many attempts, restarting the game and console, so it's hard to say for sure).
