Missing 300 Battlefield Coins from S3 Battlepass

I've completed the entirety of the season 3 battlepass yet I have not received the full "refund" of currency required in order to purchase the next season pass which releases next week. As it would likely be more difficult for this issue to be resolved after the current season is over and since I've already tried contacting support multiple times only to be told the same thing, backend issue that should be resolved soon (and hasn't), I'm making this post in order to document the fact that EA is literally turning a blind eye to players being robbed of content that they have legitimately paid for. I'll attach a screenshot of the completed battlepass as well as evidence as well.
